Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address, role and profile information; the content you create, including posts, voice notes, videos, polls, debate and brainstorm contributions; marketplace and course activity; and technical information such as device, browser and usage data.

How we use it

To run CommuniSolve, show your content to the people you share it with, match you with jobs, projects, collaborators and courses, keep the platform safe, process payments, and improve the service.

How our AI uses your contributions

Our AI analyses your contributions to give you feedback on critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving and attention, and to personalise suggestions. Enterprise customers may see aggregated performance insights for their teams as described in their agreement.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run CommuniSolve, with recruiters or collaborators when you choose to apply or connect, with your organisation if you use an Enterprise account, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for legal, security or billing reasons.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to object to some processing. You can manage most of this from your account settings or by contacting us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.
