Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using CommuniSolve on the web or in our mobile apps, you agree to these terms. If you use CommuniSolve on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can accept them for that organisation.

Your account

You need an account to post, join debates and brainstorms, apply for work or take courses. Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

What you post

You keep ownership of the posts, voice notes, videos, polls and other content you share. You give CommuniSolve permission to host, display and process that content so the platform can work, including showing it to the people you share it with.

You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

AI feedback and suggestions

CommuniSolve uses AI to give feedback on contributions (for example on critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving) and to suggest jobs, projects, collaborators and courses. This feedback is guidance to support your own thinking, not a professional assessment, and it can be wrong.

Jobs and freelance marketplace

The marketplace connects job seekers, freelancers and recruiters. Agreements for work are between the people involved; CommuniSolve is not a party to them unless we say so in writing.

OpSkill courses

OpSkill offers free and paid courses, some from third-party instructors. Course descriptions, prices and access periods are shown before you enrol.

Enterprise accounts

Organisations using CommuniSolve Enterprise may have a separate agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Plans, payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe. Annual billing includes the discount shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not harass others, post unlawful or hateful content, impersonate anyone, scrape or overload the service, or try to get around security measures. Debates should challenge ideas, not people.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
